Manuscripts should be submitted either in English or French and should not exceed 20 pages typed with font type times new roman, font size 12, line-spacing of 1.15 on A4 sized paper with wide margins. Abstracts should be in French and in English with four (04) to seven (07) keywords. Submissions of electronic versions of papers/manuscripts are highly recommended.
Submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review. All information about authorship must, therefore be restricted to the title page alongside institutional affiliation. The paper title should also appear on the first page of the text. Submissions are accepted based on the understanding that they are original material and are not currently being considered for publication elsewhere. The APA (7th edition) style of referencing should be adopted.
